Dark Cherry the colour of AW24/25

In my opinion the colour of AW 24/25 has got to be Dark Cherry. There’s just something about this gorgeous deep red that makes it perfect for this time of year.
Whether it’s nails, clothing, hair or make up deep red keeps coming back in different variations year after year and I’m not complaining. To me this colour is the ultimate Autumn Winter colour, it mixes perfectly with the more neutral colours we all tend to gravitate towards at this time of year to add a nice drop of colour to an outfit.
I styled some dark cherry tights (linked in the wishlist below) on a recent trip to Copenhagen and I love the colour it added to the outfit. They definitely made it more fun than if I just wore black tights.

Red has also been found to give people more confidence with studies showing that sports teams who wore red were more likely to be successful.
